    We default to transparency. Board meeting decks and investor updates are shared with the entire company. We document everything and don’t rely on oral tradition to retain important knowledge. We believe that people can do their best work when they have full context.

    We know a major benefit of remote work is better work-life balance, and we push our team members to take advantage of that. We believe team members should be able to live wherever they want and still have a great career. We have team members around the globe, in places like San Diego, Taiwan, Florida, India and Spain. We encourage everyone to work at the times when they can do their best work, and all team members receive a $2000 budget to set up their workspace.

    We believe all of our team members should share in RevenueCat’s financial success. So we give everyone a percentage of ownership in the company and allow employees to exercise their equity up to 10 years after leaving.

    We value all of our team members—whether they’re managers with deep expertise in their fields or individual contributors who want to perfect their craft without managing a team. All team members receive a $1000/year learning & development budget to use to keep learning and growing.

  • Inclusive benefits

    We offer 12 weeks of fully paid parental leave for any team member who becomes a parent, as well as comprehensive medical, dental, and vision benefits (covering up to 85% of the premium for US team members and 75% for dependents). We also provide a 401k program that matches 100% of the first 3% of your salary and 50% of an additional 2% of your salary.
